You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what level you are. Tell us your age, experience and goals, and we’ll help recommend the right starting point.

A Typical Learning Path
Progress depends on age, confidence, consistency, fitness, previous experience and how often the rider takes lessons. Weekly lessons can help riders build skills more steadily over time.
- 1
First Lesson
Get comfortable with the horse, basic position, balance, stopping, steering and simple control.
- 2
First Few Lessons
Build confidence, improve posture, develop smoother steering and become more relaxed in the saddle.
- 3
With Regular Weekly Lessons
Work toward better balance, rhythm, transitions, rising trot and more independent riding.
- 4
As Confidence Builds
Suitable riders may begin working toward canter, jumping basics, dressage basics or more refined control, depending on their goals and ability.
- 5
Ongoing Progress
Lessons can continue as weekly confidence-building, skill development or structured support for riders who want to keep improving.
Lessons in the Round Arena
Lessons take place in the round arena, giving riders a focused space to learn, practise and build confidence with guidance.
This setting is especially helpful for beginners, children and nervous riders because the lesson can stay controlled, focused and adapted to the rider’s level.

Why Regular Lessons Help
Riding is a skill that develops through repetition, feel and confidence. One lesson can help a rider get started, but regular weekly lessons make it easier to build balance, remember the basics and grow steadily over time.
Confidence
Regular practice helps riders feel calmer and more familiar with the horse.
Balance
Riders gradually improve posture, stability and control in the saddle.
Consistency
Weekly lessons make it easier to remember and build on what was learned before.
Progression
As the rider becomes more confident, lessons can become more structured around personal goals.
