Is my booking instantly confirmed?

No. We reply by WhatsApp to confirm availability, choose the right ride and finalise the details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. If a guest cancels, deposits are non-refundable — your time slot, horse, staff and preparation time are reserved once the booking is confirmed. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to help, but changes depend on availability. No-shows or very late arrivals may lose their booking and deposit. If Paradise Stables must cancel or change an experience for safety reasons, severe weather or horse welfare, we will contact you to discuss the best option.

Do I need previous riding experience?

No. Many rides and lessons are beginner friendly. Please tell us your experience level when requesting a booking so we can guide you properly.

Can children take part?

Yes. Several experiences are suitable for children, with minimum ages depending on the activity (from age 2 for Meet-a-Unicorn, from age 3 for lessons, from age 4 for trail rides).

Yes — private rides, private lessons and private unicorn experiences can be arranged.

Yes, helmets are provided and riding hats are mandatory.

What should I wear?

Please wear closed shoes. No open-toe shoes or sandals. Long trousers are recommended.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes. Trail rides have a maximum rider weight of 85 kg. Riding lessons have a maximum rider weight of 80 kg.

Are there medical or pregnancy restrictions?

Please tell us before booking if anyone has an injury, medical condition, mobility issue, recent surgery, back/neck problems, severe allergies, or anything else that may affect riding or being around horses. Riding may not be suitable for injured guests or for guests with certain medical conditions. Pregnant guests should not ride unless they have discussed it with a qualified medical professional and with Paradise Stables in advance. Safety and horse welfare come first, so we may recommend a non-riding experience where appropriate.
